Good morning my fellow Nigerians,
Today is the first day of the year in which campaign plans for election to public offices are expected to begin. Yet, the constitution of the powers and functions of these public offices did not come from the consent of the various communities and kingdoms upon whom they are placed. Instead, they were forced and held by the tripod stand of colonial bondage, which consists of imposed nationhood, land-expropriation law and contests for foreign products. And without replacing this tripod stand of bondage with the tripod stand of freedom, which consists of consented nationhood, private property rights and socio-industrial contests for world progress, no election, coup, protest, prophecy, lecture, IMF or World Bank directive and charity or United Nation’s SDG can liberate Nigeria and Africa.
Hence, I propose the convocation of a Restart National Conference by the 7th month of this new year for the various kingdoms and communities in Nigeria to discuss and establish this tripod stand of freedom based on the ideology of intercultural liberty and its socio-industrial network before talking about any elections. This ideology of intercultural liberty is the belief that:
“there is something great in every community or culture, and so, they all deserve the liberty to own, modify and use their cultural, human and natural resources to prosper and manifest their greatness to their communities, nation, continent and the world. And that the four institutions of public regulation, which are government, religion, academia and mass media are only made to support these communities and their members to manifest their greatness.”
Before now, many traditional and religious leaders have urged people to vote in elections as their civic duty. Yet, without the tripod stand of freedom, these elections have only reinforced the colonial bondage and always produced worse socio-economic effects in every new regime. Thus, I urge all traditional and religious leaders to not endorse further general elections without first establishing this tripod stand of freedom. For it will be an error of intergenerational magnitude for any elder, traditional leader, Imam, pastor, Catholic Bishop or priest to endorse the electoral reinforcement of this colonial bondage.
To the elders and traditional leaders, I urge you to boldly rally your people to take stock of their heritage, to start building the root stage of their industrial network, and to liaise with other communities and kingdoms within your senatorial districts to prepare to form this tripod stand of freedom for the growth, honour and pride of the present and future generations of your people. For U cannot die without building a system of growth as legacy
To the religious leaders who bring us programs and words of hope to keep enduring the torture of this colonial bondage, I urge you to inspire your members to think back home in order to reconcile and prepare their community members for this tripod stand of freedom. For silence in the face of evil is a direct support for evil.
To the media gurus who bring contents for us to complain, gossip, laugh, dance, hook-up and forget our sorrows in this colonial bondage, I urge you to challenge our people to find, develop and showcase the beauty, creativity and industrial potentials of their communities on social media as we prepare for this tripod stand of freedom.
To the Nigerian youths, home and abroad, who have been called lazy, evil, desperate and unemployable despite the frustration of this colonial system, I urge you to quickly identify, electronically rally an prepare your community members to join in forming this tripod stand of freedom for their liberty and prosperity in Nigeria for ourselves, for Africa and the world.
To the current British elites and their Western allies, who inherited and sustain this system by supplying guns and money, and who may be tempted to tie or kill me through their local networks, you cannot continue to sustain this system of death at the cost of your chance for true happiness. For according to Pierce Brosnan in the movie “Married life”, you cannot build your happiness on the pain, death, blood and tears of other people, except you are animals without the light of conscience. But the British are not animals. They are the people of Edmund Burke, William Pitt, Charles James Fox, Francis Bacon, Isaac Newton, Florence Nightingale, David Beckham, Chris Nolan and many other men and women of goodwill whose glorious feats they will not desecrate by blocking human liberation in Africa.
To the military, the entire armed forces, politicians and civil servants whose institutions were created to hold the unconsented communities together for continued colonial exploitation, and who could be used by the colonialists to attack this liberation process; I urge you to note that you were not born into those institutions, but into families and communities that also need liberation from the socio-industrial bondage of this system. So, you can look beyond the short-term benefits in sustaining this system to the long-term liberty, dignity and legacy of your people and your children in the world.
To all Africans (home and abroad) who look up to Nigeria for direction to the liberation of the Black man in the world, I urge you to start preparing your people for this tripod stand of freedom, so that we can also form and promote our own socio-industrial contests for African liberation.
To the Almighty God who manifests Himself in all ages through ideas of human development, we are grateful for your gifts and ask for your guidance and protection as we proceed.
And to you all my fellow Nigerians who have been lumped together to keep blaming, fighting and killing each other for the position of local champions and favourite slaves of this colonial system based on tribe, religion or party, I promise you that despite all our past mistakes and pains, we can still harmonize and channel our fighting energies to develop and offer the fruits of intercultural liberty to ourselves, to Africa and to the world, and by God’s grace and our sincere efforts, we will usher in a new era of harmonious growth, noble nationhood and responsible humanity to the world.
Thank you. God bless you, God bless our various communities, God bless Nigeria, Africa and the world.
I am Chukwunwike Enekwechi, and I wish you all a merry Christmas and a happy New year.
