Are you from a community in Katsina, “Home of Hospitality?” Do you believe that your people can achieve more social or industrial prosperity if they have the liberty to own and control their lands, resources and socio-industrial destiny?
Today, you are sent to take the message of intercultural liberty to your community and their neighbors for them to prepare to manifest the greatness that God put in each community at the coming Tour of Liberty starting in November. This intercultural liberty is the belief that:
“there is something great in every community and culture, and so, they all deserve the liberty to own, modify and use their cultural, human and natural resources to prosper and to manifest their greatness to their communities, nations, continent and the world. And that the four institutions of public regulation (government, religion, academia and mass media) are only made to support these communities and their members to manifest their greatness.”
So, your people are not made just to depend, survive and endure, but to prosper and manifest abundance to other people in Katsina, Nigeria, Africa and the world. This Tour of Liberty will lead to discussion and institution of private property rights in a Restart National Conference for each community or individual to own and control their lands and resources (cultural, human and natural resources). For, despite government beautification of the environment, as long as the communities and individuals lack control of their lands and resources for socio-industrial growth, they are still under neo-colonial bondage.
CULTURAL RESOURCES: Katsina was created in 1987 from the old Kaduna state. Katsina state contains various tribes mainly like Hausa, Fulani and other ethnic groups that are spread across over 200 communities. Apart from their various tribal languages, they generally speak Hausa and English language. These communities have different festivals and other legends to refine and use for arts, entertainment and sending their message to the world. They are over 80 percent Muslims and still a substantial Christian minority.
HUMAN RESOURCES: based on the 2008 INEC register, Katsina has a population of 5.8 million people. And some prominent people from Katsina who can contribute to the socio-industrial liberation process and prosperity for Katsina people include: Alhajis Dahiru Mangal, Aminu Bello Masari, Umaru Abdul Mutallab, Muhammad Inuwa, Aliyu Musa, Bello Mandiya, Yakubu Musa Katsina, Dikko Umaru Radda, Saidu Barda, Dahiru Garba Nalado.
NATURAL RESOURCES: Katsina covers about 23,920 square kilometers of land and has wet and dry seasons. Most of the communities have vast and arable land to support various types of agriculture like guinea corn, maize, millet, tomatoes, groundnut and cotton as cash crops.
Some communities contain tourist attractions like the Bayajida Sword and polished iron axes and weapons that are believed to be over 2000 years old, palaces of Emirs of Katsina and Daura, the 300 year-old Gobarau-Minaret in Katsina, the legendary Kusugu well in Daura, Katsina Central Mosque and the Katsina City wall.
In addition to that, various communities in Katsina have minerals like gold, iron ore, copper, nickel, cobalt, kaolin, glass-sand, granite, diamond, feldspar and marble.

CULTURAL: since they have different ethnic communities, they can develop movies, books, stories, games, and arts to project their story of harmonizing their differences to manifest their intercultural liberty.
HUMAN: with as much as 4.4million people and vast arable land, Katsina has and can produce high level farmers, scholars, doctors, athletes and professionals in all sectors of the economy.
NATURAL RESOURCES: apart from various foods that they can massively produce when they fully engage in mechanized farming, and their huge leather production that can drive the economy through fashion, sports equipment, tools, even vehicle interiors, different communities in Katsina can also make technical products based on the mineral resources in their lands, such as:
Gold: used in making jewelleries (50%), Electronics (37%), official coins (8%) and others (5%).
Iron ore, Nickel, Copper and Cobalt: used for making steel, pan and cables.
Kaolin: used for film formation, fibre extension, polymer extension and reinforcement, chemical composition, carrier (pesticides and pharmaceuticals) adsorbent, diluent and polishing agent for teeth, automobiles, soft-metals like gold and silver.
Glass-sand: for making glass.
Granite, feldspar and marble: for making tiles, furniture finishing, building rocks, paving stones, monuments, slabs, gemstones
Diamond: mostly used for jewelries, but also in industrial equipment for cutting and drilling, polishing and grinding materials.
When communities and individuals take control of their lands and resources, then they can partner with various groups and well-regulated investors to properly use these resources to prosper and manifest their abundance.
